With the Saurer Epoca 05 Second Generation and its Silenzio System, the advantages and benefits for our esteemed customers are:

Due to the intelligent engineering of the various Silenzio systems (e.g. shuttle guide, cam drive, fabric presser, linear guide) plus many other developments, we have achieved the above-mentioned benefits.
The other outstanding characteristic of our machine, which you can benefit from every day, is its extreme flexibility. The Saurer Epoca 05 Second Generation is the most flexible product in our machine range. The individual drives for needle, shuttle and fabric presser allow you to fine-tune and optimize the machine settings to suit any design, yarn or fabric requirements. In order to ensure the highest embroidery quality, the Saurer Epoca 05 Second Generation with its length of 22 yards (double drive version) is equipped with six Y-drives and nine Y-spindles as well as four X-spindles and two X-motors. This technically superior solution guarantees perfect stitch precision in any direction at a high machine speed.
Also our average speed is superior to any other product on the market. For optimized production it is not the maximum machine speed that is important but the average machine speed. The Saurer Epoca 05 Second Generation has been designed to outperform any other product in that respect. The perfect frame drive in combination with a simple roll-over mechanism, unprecedented accessibility and the individual needle, shuttle and fabric-presser drives for optimized running conditions guarantee a top speed even with long stitches and high quality requirements. Our new Saurer FastCut outperforms any other product on the market. The cut and lock time required for a modern Saurer Epoca is less than 10 seconds.
