Oerlikon Saurer machines impress by their embroidery quality, durability and extraordinary efficiency. On the one hand, this is certainly due to the well conceived construction of the machines, but on the other hand it is also to be attributed to our excellently trained service personnel.
Additionally to a good basic professional formation, focus is clearly set on constant further training. A new employee begins as an erection helper and must firmly prove that he is able to manage a building site. Only then he is assigned this important task its perfect execution is essential for the future relationship between the customer and Oerlikon Saurer itself. This circumstance is not based on the employee’s origin but on his professional qualification and ability.

Besides the erection, the mentoring given to the customer during the period the machine is under guarantee and, in particular, the support after that, are of crucial importance. To this purpose 20 service centres and 16 spare parts stores are worldwide at disposal. Competent employees ensure the operational availability of the machines by supplying the correct spare part at any time.
The local service points are supported by and their activities coordinated through the operation centre at Arbon. Total Solutions goes farther than just delivering the machines, it counts for the complete period of time the equipment is in operation.
