New cutting and engraving technique for Oerlikon Saurer shuttle embroidery machines.

Laser technology enables the economical production of cutting patterns, completely new design creations and a substantial productivity increase. This new cutting and engraving technology sets new standards in respect to precision, productivity and flexibility. At enormous speed the laser unit crosses over the complete embroidery length with a tolerance less than 0.5 mm. The working area of the laser is set for 30 cm x 30 cm, to (optional) 80 cm x 80 cm.
